Tracy Zander, M.PI., MCIP, RPP
Professional Land Use Planner
Tracy has been working as a Registered Professional Planner in Ontario, Canada since 1998 and has gained extensive and varied property planning and development experience working for conservation authorities, municipalities and the private sector.
Tracy has become the trusted go-to source for real estate agents, lawyers and their clients in the Lanark County area and beyond, whom she advises on local planning laws, urban planning applications, property subdivisions, variances and amendments.
Born and raised in Lanark County, Tracy has a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from Queen’s University, and is a full member of both the Canadian Institute of Planners and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute. Tracy also provides expert testimony to the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB).
Chris Clarke, B.Sc., CPT
Chris joined ZanderPlan in May of 2014. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from McMaster University in 2010 and obtained a diploma in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Urban Planning from Fanshawe College in 2014. Chris enjoys the wide range of projects he gets to work on at ZanderPlan and specializes in the preparation of technical drawings for clients.
